In the light also of her family background, Sandra firmly believes in social commitment and solidarity. For this reason she thinks that a lawyer means much more than a profession; it is a way of being at the service of the community. From a very young age, Sandra nurtured a passion for law and its application to solving problems; such a passion marked her brilliant years at the University of Florence and her subsequent engagement in the professional practice, first as a trainee and then as a qualified lawyer; she now pursues this activity as a self-employed lawyer at RFA Law Firm, whose partners she has been working with since her training years. Work ethics, passion combined with attention to detail, empathy and a full understanding of her clients’ problems mean that she dedicates her utmost commitment to all cases. Thanks to her thorough know-how in many fields of law, her constant and keen commitment to professional updating through seminars and conferences in the most relevant fields for her practice, in addition to her practical experience gained also through her daily presence in courtrooms and judicial offices since her training years, she is able to effectively advise her clients on most personal and business issues.
After graduating, with honours, with a dissertation on juvenile law – a theme which Sandra was interested in for its social issues – Sandra started practising law full time, with utmost passion and commitment, dealing with administrative law and the various sectors of civil law. This gave her the opportunity to gain wide-ranging skills, so that she can now deal with every issue with the utmost expertise. Yet, the area of law which Sandra considers the most suited to her aspirations and interests, due to its close relationship with people and the problems of ordinary life, is civil law, especially family law. In this field, Sandra deals not only with marital issues related to separations and divorces, but also with all matters pertaining to successions (from administrative and tax obligations to all related legal issues) and with issues regarding the protection of minors and the “weak”, with real estate law (contracts, leases, condominiums, executions), as well as bankruptcy law and tax law, where she can make the most of her training in business economics as well as of her experience gained working with Terenzi Accounting Firm in relation to legal issues.
