The services we provide are the result of the integration between the high level of expertise of our senior partners, deriving from their university careers, and our concrete experience gained over the years in legal practice. For this reason we are able to ensure high quality standards and to propose creative yet realistic solutions to legal issues.
Studio Legale RFA is a professional association of lawyers established in 2003 by Luca Righi and Nicoletta Felli after working as partners at another associate law firm. Right from the start, Luca and Nicoletta were joined by other self-employed colleagues who already collaborated with them in the previous association, to give life to a flexible structure in which the lawyers’ consolidated cooperation does not override everyone’s individuality, rather it enhances it, making the most of the integration of their skills and of the exchange of their experiences, expanding the range of quality services that can be offered to the law firm’s clients. Additional opportunities in this respect derive from the law firm’s synergies with the accounting firm operating in the same premises as those of our Firm, which works as an “of counsel” to provide expertise on tax, accounting and corporate issues.
The resulting elasticity of our organisational model enables Studio Legale RFA to best adapt to market changes and to respond in a differentiated manner, also in terms of costs, to the needs of its diverse clients: from single individuals or small companies, which may have important problems, yet of a “smaller” (even in economic terms) scale; to middle-sized companies that require broader “multidisciplinary” advice; to public entities and their administrators and officers who require highly specialized and qualified support in administrative matters, which are the cornerstone of the expertise of Studio Legale RFA.
