Rossana has been collaborating with Studio Legale RFA as a self-employed lawyer since 2003. After gaining many years of experience in company law, commercial law and inheritance law, Rossana has focused on contract law and real estate advice. She has gained expert vocational training in family and personal law by attending many courses in this respect held by the Italian Associazione Italiana per la Famiglia e per i Minori (A.I.A.F. – Italian Association for the Family and Minors) of which she has been a member since 2001, having extended her activity also to this field, with special reference to issues falling within the competence of Ordinary Courts (separation and divorce, issues connected with the conditions of separation and divorce, custody of children, award of the marital house, quantification of alimony and child support). She is also a legal consultant in relation to negotiations connected with family issues, with special attention to new methods for the settlement of spousal and family disputes, such as the so-called “collaborative law”. In this respect, she has attended specific “collaborative practice” training courses, getting highly involved in this revolutionary out-of-Court dispute settlement procedure. Rossana grounds her twenty-year professional experience on the duty to inform her clients clearly, at the time of her appointment, of the characteristics and importance of the dispute and activities to be carried out, specifying the initiatives and different options available.
Degree in Law from the University of Florence, A.Y. 1990-1991. Lawyer, a member of the Florence Association of Lawyers since 1995. A Barrister since 2009.
