The accounting firm of Mr. Simone Terenzi is located in the same premises as Studio Legale RFA and collaborates with the latter as an “of counsel”. Simone operates in all the typical sectors of the accountant’s profession, starting from ordinary tax and accounting advice for natural and legal persons. However, the activities that he is most keen on include advice and assistance for “companies in crisis” as well as corporate strategic management and restructuring (Mergers & Acquisitions), in which he can provide significant experience in the preliminary assessment of companies and assets and in performing the corresponding due diligence process, also in the public sector in relation to operations for the privatisation of local public services (water, waste and transports) and project financing. In the tax field, in addition to providing advice for disputes before Tax Commissions, Simone offers his expertise to enable his clients to manage their positions in a planned, rather than “occasional” manner.

• A member of the Board of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Florence since 11 February 1992 (n. 756).
• Statutory Auditor, entered in the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Ministry of Economy and Finance
• Auditor of Local Entities, entered in the corresponding list of the Home Office
• A member of the List of Technical Experts, Chartered Accountants sector, of the Court of Florence, since 23 November 1993 (position effective as from that date)
• Mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice, entered in the List of Mediators of the Conciliation Body of Florence (O.C.F.)
• Simone has held and/or currently holds the office of Standing Auditor in different businesses, including government-owned companies, Auditor for Public Entities, Liquidator of businesses, Receiver and Court-appointed Receiver (Court of Florence), member of Boards of Directors..

Education and academic qualifications

• Degree in Economics, with honours, from the University of Florence, 1989 (Title of Graduation Thesis: ‘L’evoluzione del concetto di dimensione di impresa nell’economia globale’ [‘The evolution of the idea of the size of an enterprise in the global economy’])
• Post-graduate course in Sports Law and Economics held at the Economic Law School of the University of Florence, at FIGC Settore Tecnico in Coverciano, a.y. 1998/99
• Post-graduate course in “L’innovatore d’Impresa” (“The Business Innovator”), University of Florence, 1989, as Teacher
• For several years after graduating, Simone was an “International Marketing” expert at the Economics School in Florence, sitting on examination boards and holding seminars, and held lectures in the same subject-matter at the Polimoda Institute in Florence.
